What this notice covers

This notice covers the Numayo marketing website and its contact form. It does not describe data practices inside VYDO or RivoScore. App-specific privacy information should be reviewed separately before using an app.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, chosen topic and message so that we can read, manage and respond to your request. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in your message.

Storage and access

Contact messages, website settings and uploaded brand images are stored using Cloudflare D1. Messages are available to the Numayo website administrator. This site does not automatically send email notifications or subscribe you to a mailing list.

Technical information

The site uses Cloudflare to deliver pages and process requests. Cloudflare may handle request and network information as part of providing and securing those services. The site uses a hashed network address for short-lived limits on sign-in attempts and contact submissions. Rate-limit records expire and are removed during subsequent activity.

Cookies and analytics

Public visitors do not need a site account. The admin area sets an essential session cookie when an administrator signs in; it expires after 12 hours or is cleared on sign-out. This website does not include third-party analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Retention and requests

Contact messages remain in the administrator’s inbox until deleted. You can ask us to review or delete a message using the contact form; include the email address used in your original message. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
